Original Watercolor Reverse French Tip!

These were fun to do! I started with the Watercolor Technique (my first try)
Next i added a really light sorta brushing affect with White,
and placed hexagon shaped glitter in a reverse french tip design!
This is really a T.M. Design! haha :]

Watercolor Technique:
  Apply a Base Coat.
  Apply 2 coats of  White.
  Apply a Top Coat.
  Choose 3  to 4 colors.
When your nail has dried place 3 small dots of a color.
Next dip your paint brush in Acetone, and blot the dots
(there will be a lot of acetone on the nail just let it evaporate)
You will repeat this step for each color.
Use your judgment as to how much you want to blot the color,
and how many colors you will use.
Last Apply a Top Coat.

  1. You should add detailed instructions on how you did the design. Like how you did the water color :)

    1. Thanks Emily i didn't know if i should have put instructions on it or not! For the white brushing affect i just removed as much paint of the brush as i could. Then brushed from each side to the middle....imperfectly! I hope that helped! :]

    2. Thanks! I used to do a lot of nail art but I hadn't heard of that technique! How do you get your nails not to smudge? Do you have like drying dops or something?

    3. You just use a soft small sized fluffy paint brush dipped in acetone. Then you sorta just pat it on the dots of color! I did wait till each color dried before i did the next one!
